Planning is often necessary, but it is preferably done in a smooth and time-efficient way. That's why we have developed an agenda tailored to primary and preschool teachers, where you lose as little time as possible. Without hassle, quickly and easily schedule lessons and activities. A short description, a complete lesson plan, or duplicating a lesson or week from last year. Choose what works best for you.

Assign themes to your weeks. This way you can easily find lesson weeks later.

Lesson plans

Put the description of your lesson, together with the goals, attachments and supplies in a handy lesson plan. Lesson plans can also be bundled in your own library and grouped by theme, project or activity. Changing schools, just take your lesson plans with you.

The Smart Symbols Free Play Choice Board

Velcro and magnets are quickly forgotten with our digital choice board: a simple and fun way to let your pupils choose from a planned range of activities independently.
You can use the choice board on your digital board, but also on a regular touch screen device like a tablet. And even on multiple devices at the same time.

Flexible

Quickly and easily add an extra activity, change the number of available places, make an activity unavailable for certain students, or pause the choice board for a while. It's all possible.

Automatic (time) registration

The time the children spend on an activity (and goals) is automatically registered and displayed in handy insights. This way you can let the children work independently/self-directing, and if necessary take action based on their time spent.

Collect feedback

How did the student experience the activity? We just ask it afterwards via a simple choice screen and put the results in a handy overview. This way you can respond quickly to situations that may require extra attention.

Reflection Board

With the Reflection Board you can look back on the day together with the pupils. What did they like? What was difficult? Who has divided the time neatly?

You can capture an observation, whether or not linked to a specific activity, in no time on your computer, tablet or smartphone. And because a picture often says more than 1000 words, you can also add photos to your observations.

You can find all observations for a certain period, or for a certain pupil in a handy overview. Browse through the photos per student to visually support the parent-teacher meeting.
